Mission Statement

To promote the economic, social and political development of Lagos State.
To advance and promote the social, economic, educational, cultural, civic and the general welfare of Lagosians in Philadelphia.
To rededicate ourselves by showcasing the culture and tradition of Lagos State to our American friends and families and to continue fostering love and friendship within our Community in Philadelphia.
To act collectively in times of emergency and need, that affects our members, our community and our Country and its People.
To assist and provide moral and financial support to members in needs, sickness, death and Social activities.

About Us

Eko CLub Philadelphia was founded in 2009 by a team of like-minded Lagosians living and/or doing business in the metropolitan area of Philadelphia.
Eko Club Philadelphia is one of 20 chapters of Eko Club International which has presence in the United States, Canada and England; and is registered in the state of Pennsylvania as non-profit organization.
As a non-profit entity, members of this organization share a lofty goal of giving back to our communities and provide humanitarian services to the poor and the under-privileged, both in the Philadelphia area and Lagos, Nigeria.
Our projects include: participation in biennial medical mission to Lagos, Nigeria; donation of school supplies as part our annual “Back to School” initiative; and the provision of scholarship for students in the Philadelphia area.
